This is a one-session wheelthrowing experience class where you will be a guided to make your very own sake set - a set consisting of a sake bottle (tokkuri), 2 sake cups (guinomi) and 1 bowl used to cool or warm your sake before consumption (kanzuke-bachi)
Our workshops are beginner-friendly so all can join us!
Choose from our range of studio glazes and they will be glazed beautifully for you.
Book a glazing session with us if you’d like to come and glaze your pieces yourself :)
What You Can Bring Home: A sake bottle, 2 cups and 1 heating / cooling bowl set
Duration: 2 Hours
Additional Charges: Firing of the sake set is included in the workshop fee. Any other additional pieces will be charged at $10 per item.
Things to take note of:
- All items will be fired and ready to collect 8 to 12 weeks after the session. Please feel free to enquire on expedited firings.
- As part of our studio policy, all completed works must be collected within 2 months from the notified completion date. Due to limited space, any uncollected pieces will be disposed of after this period without further notice. We strongly encourage all participants to collect their works promptly to avoid disappointment.
- Prep yourself before your class by keeping nails trimmed and short, have a hair tie (for those with long hair) and wear something comfy that you wouldn't mind getting a little dirty!
