This workshop is a crash course to furniture-making, with a focus on traditional hand skills.
Participants range from absolute beginners to more experienced woodworkers who want to improve their craftsmanship. Please read through our terms and conditions before signing up.
Each student will make a simple piece of furniture (side table) held together by the classic dovetail joints, as well as through-wedged tenons.
All materials and tools will be provided.
Side Table Dimensions: 600mm x 195mm x 440mm
Material: Beech ($680/pax) / Maple ($720/pax)
Duration:
2 full days from 9.30am to 5.30pm (including an hour long lunch break)

Slots that have been booked cannot be changed from the 7 days leading up to the class. Last minute changes will only be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations will be allowed within the first 7 days of booking; anything thereafter will be charged a 15% admin fee. No-shows will not be refunded.
